When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early to fill out any incomplete forms so you are prepared for your appointment and ready for relaxation.

What's the cancellation appointment policy ?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Twenty-four-hour (24) notification is required for all canceled or changed Spa appointments to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of service(s) reserved at the time of booking. We appreciate your communication and understanding.

What payment methods does Elite Esthetics accept?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa and MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit cards, as well as cash.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins and appointments are accepted.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available.

how should you handle gratuities?

Gratuities are appreciated, especially if you enjoyed your service.

What is your teen policy?

If under the age of 18, you must be occupied by an adult and a parental release signed by a parent.

Should I talk during my session?

This is entirely up to you. If you have questions during your session, you should feel free to ask your therapist/esthetician. Be sure to speak up if anything hurts or if you desire changes in your session. It is common for your therapist/esthetician to ask for your feedback during treatments. You do not have to talk, after all, you are here to relax.
